There’s a dearth of tough leaders who’ve overcome the culture of ‘Nice’ and can stand up against autocrats. Nice is complacent. Nice is kind. Nice wins spelling bees. Nice is vegan. Nice is book-smart. Nice is predictable. Nice is about the good things.

Nice is good, but not great. Nice doesn’t seem to win elections. Nice seeks the status quo. Nice loses close games and can’t close deals. Nice gets bullied. Nice prays, but doesn’t fight for justice.

The culture of ‘Nice’ is hurting the world. Nice leaders need to toughen themselves in a world run by strongmen like Donald Trump and Vladmir Putin.
