It’s hard to forecast what the future holds for govtech. Regardless of politics, government infrastructure is powered by technologies that need upgrading. There’s a huge focus in the private sector to secure the United States —- improving cybersecurity and data security in order to build taxpayers’ confidence.

Opportunities abound to make the United States run better by upgrading its tech infrastructure. The United States is the world’s largest customer. Thousands of companies like Salesforce are eager to expand their govtech offerings. I shifted my focus from private sector customers because I felt the world’s largest customer deserves a better customer experience.
