The Salesforce AI team was at SXSW. They hosted ideation boards with sticky notes from attendees.

My thoughts for the two boards:

“In my job I would trust AI to”

• Review my work/content
• Draft an email
• Take notes
• Explain difficult concepts in a domain/industry I don’t understand

“but I would only trust a human to”

• Ensure physical safety
• Mentor junior staff
• Perform initial onboarding for new hires
• Prescribe medication
