Media companies which influence people and culture worldwide have been sold to the highest bidders —- namely the wealthiest business people. It’s my hope that much like the recent downward trend of alcohol consumption due to its health risks, the news and social media industry gets gutted in America.

Let’s stop enriching those controlling the media and in effect, our minds. What Tocqueville said 200 years ago has become pervasive today in the palm of our hands. Bernie is right about things “moving rapidly toward an oligarchy form of society.”

The truth lies in books. The majority of thinking is being controlled by a minority. Let’s stop being suckers.
