Is Agentforce ready for government usage (after private sector launch)?

Yes!

  1. Using an agent makes sense for information discovery amidst the zettabytes, exabytes, or terabytes of stored data. The public sector is a treasure trove of public documentation which is difficult to surface.
  2. Chatbots can answer questions without long waits using call centers.
  3. Chatbots and robot tellers can be made consistent in terms of communication protocols and KPIs.
