Most people in the Bay Area are whip-smart, but the crazy ones maintain homes and offices away from liquefaction zones.
Flying cars are not here yet. Quick thinking may not matter if you live on mud, landfill or along the shoreline. Unfortunately, most of us live or work in a Red zone.
