Just make sure that you appreciate your teams and let them slow down even when they don’t want to. It’s good for them and their families.

Multi-teaming@work should factor people’s personal time. Family is the ultimate core value.  Being overcommitted and productive is a minimal expectation for work. Yet, this mindset is the biggest conundrum to developing a collaborative workforce that stays healthy and productive.
