I spend a lot of time in Denver these days. The buzz in Denver is all about Amazon. Amazon will be picking a location for HQ2. I’m bullish on Denver over other locales. Denver has much to offer and easy access to Seattle. 

The speculation has boiled down to office location. The fear around here is that Denver will become just as pricey as other tech hubs.
