It’s 2018, and use cases are still being defined in healthcare. Customized solutions have been launched by Salesforce. It’s good news, but these type of solutions are hard to replicate and take a long time to implement.

It’s mind-boggling that government isn’t doing more to tear down the walls and connect the silos. The healthcare industry is still a blackbox. Patient-centric care is far from reality. It certainly hasn’t worked for me or my family. Great technology is available to solve an old problem.
