People-first culture

Meg Dryer oversees consumer experience for Cambia Health, one of the most innovative orgs in the Pacific Northwest. My team implemented Salesforce at Cambia last year.

The design principles which increased user adoption went beyond our system-oriented use cases. Meg has successfully implemented an employee-first culture which continues to optimize Cambia’s external consumer experience. Happy employees help promote a happy consumer experience.

I saw this when I worked with Cambia’s employees in Seattle…great to see a large org highlight qualitative factors as much as the quantitative side of CX. Kudos to Meg for her work in strengthening Cambia’s work culture. See Meg’s talk at a recent conference in this Link.
