COVID clutters the mind…there’s nowhere to hide in Texas. Every conversation starts and ends here. It might be this way for several more months. Customer-centricity matters less in a world trying to make it to 2021. Leaders can’t become tone-deaf and turn a blind eye to the metrics most people think about. There’s way too much blah blah blah across all channels. I haven’t been on Facebook and Twitter for almost a decade. What I want is scientific and relevant data.
