My favorite baseball team lacks fan support. The team also lacks star players —- shipping away last year’s talent that contributed to 97 wins in 2019 and 86 in 2021. It’s a slow start in 2022. The A’s need a new home, too. Maybe they need Vegas more than Vegas needs them.
I think the fans are there. Most A’s fans can’t seem to get excited to see a game. The team needs a new coach, a new GM, and maybe a new owner, too. Oakland A’s fans need a better product in order to make the arduous trip to a stadium that’s outlived its utility.
