Alexis de Tocqueville Quote

America, as a society, follows a form of Kaizen, the Japanese self-improvement principle. Kaizen, as a business philosophy, can be applied individually and to the government.

Every ten years or so, America reinvents itself because Americans like to fix things like nowhere else in the world. This type of societal rebuilding doesn’t happen in China, Japan, India, or anywhere in Europe.

Americans are never satisfied and continuously look for better ideas. This is what makes America great.
