I find exercise, yoga, and meditation to be far superior solutions to dropping acid and smoking dope. The healthcare industry will always come up with wonder drugs like vaccines, but they don’t benefit if we become much stronger, healthier, and resilient human beings. I go to the doctor, not more than a couple of times a year. I am terrible at generating revenue for him. 🤣 I am fortunate to escape chronic illness affecting millions of others including those in my family.
