Japan remains off the beaten path in 2022 with strict travel rules and limited intake of foreign immigrants and refugees. Its amazing culture continues to spread worldwide. Tourists are eager to return.
In this BBC video, Japan pushes towards entrepreneurship because of economic issues such as struggling industries and an aging population. Japan previously succeeded because it copied foreign products and made better versions of cars and electronics. Now, it tries to copy the entrepreneurial models of Silicon Valley that have been mastered by rivals India, China, and South Korea.
Great BBC show here about Japan’s entrepreneurial foray. Nice to see the startup Stroly scale. It was featured in one of my older posts.
