I try to align my professional goals with my passion for customer success and social impact because that’s what keeps me motivated. Aligning customer success for good with the project or job-at-hand is the fun part (if not, a challenging exercise).
Based on my career progression, I tend to do well (or not so well), when I perform this type of job crafting without trying too hard. Job crafting is really about bringing your authentic self to work and getting the job done passionately, if not painlessly.
